For an engineer is coming to fit the new pump! Then SHE can finish washing the floor rugs and shower curtain etc, etc.
I know it sounds as if SHE never does anything.. but IF YOU really look at all YOUR cuboards and shelves etc, would YOU be able to say that they are all immaculate? Lucky YOU, if YOU can! Is all I will say but maybe, a few 'Porkies' are being told?
Hail and torrential rain.. ugh. People thought that Global Warming thought that everywhere would get boiling hot, they forgot about the Polar Icecaps melting and this diluting and altering the strength of that most beloved Gulf Stream.
That is the only thing that has saved the UK from having the same temperatures in the winter as Boston for WE are on the same Latitude. But in the summer they get warmer weather than the UK because they are on a much larger land mass, WE are, of course, surrounded by water.. none of it very warm!
Now with the lessening in strength and partial diversion of the Gulf Stream, WE are having a taste of what life will be like.. wetter, wilder, not so great.
Some areas of the world will suffer severe escalation in degrees of temperature. This has all happened before and it is happening again, this time, though, it does not help with the amount with which humans have polluted the atmosphere.
How gloomy, well I am off to Pole with a new treat, a piece of dried Apricot, I've never beaked anything like it before in MY life, quite delicious.
SHE will tap this Blog out, then go shopping for Soda Cystals, SHE is cleaning drains. Such fun..
