Why house work, of course! SHE knows how to keep a home immaculately, with the silver polished, furniture dusted and waxed and the lampshades cleaned!

However, it is not as much 'fun' as playing in the mud at the garden..
So 'properly' done house work is not done as often as it should but SHE did it today.. in fact, I had to fly down from front door pole to see what was going on, SHE was on HER knees with a cloth, a sponge and a bucket of soapy water.. good grief.. SHE was washing the skirting / base boards!
Ooh, that hasn't been done since Gloria used to do it and that is many years ago now, normally SHE sticks Mr.Dyson's tube along them.
The silver was not polished today but SHE does have a very good reason, for although that norty Rose thorn was dug out of first finger and finger disinfected, poor first joint is very sore and silver cleaning would involve moving that poor sore finger.
Yes, SHE has put a pure Copper band onto the finger.. it will help but whole finger is very swollen and extremely sore.
But silver in drawer, not so important.. what was important is that everything is dusted, polished, vacuumed, washed.. OUR home looks beautiful!

The only trouble is that sometimes SHE forgets where the place is.. like when SHE bought those Kitchen Timers for friends, they were Egg shaped
and such fun.. it was a good thing they were not
made out of chocolate because SHE 'lost' them for several months..

This time SHE had to find a proper place for those grips that go under the sole of winter boots.. funny to think SHE was wearing those only a few weeks ago! Now they are hanging inside a cupboard.. in sight.
What is also in sight is an apple.. I am going to fly down and give it good Beak, then it is off to bed for ME.. I find it very tiring watching other people work, don't YOU agree Dear Readers?
