SPRING BREAK.. I know YOU have already been on it but here in London.. Spring has only just sprung!

WE are going on Spring Break!

Yes and SHE will cuddle a Goaty person for the first time since the mid 60's. There will be many a tear shed as SHE never got to say "goodbye, I love you" to Victoria, so it will be an emotional time. Sniff..

And, of course, I am going too! Yippee! I will finally meet Debbie, of Ellie's Dairy. It was she and Joanna of La Vie en Rose Blog that started HER and ME Blogging back in December 2011.

WE are going to the North Downs in Kent. Dates to be confirmed, more on this subject in the week but fear not Dear Readers, WE will post from there.

Today SHE had a very slooow start to the day.. only getting to Parson's Green Farmer's Market just before 12 o'clock. SHE is always so pleased to see Debbie, who is such a lovely woman.

Chat.. laugh.. talk Goaty and Garden talk.. SHE is going to make Debbie a vegetable garden and is planning several 8' x 4' foot raised beds of about 1' high and with no shortage of very well rotted old manure from the farm, these will be a doodle to make.

Debbie has a greenhouse with automatic venting, so after SHE has made the raised beds, SHE will pot up lots and lots of vegetables seeds, under glass everything 'pops' really fast, Debbie will have lots of stuff up and growing very quickly!

SHE will make a very solid wind break, for up on the Downs the wind can be a little 'fresh', to put it mildly, with a strategically placed, quite high fence, YOU can cut the wind flow and every foot in height gives six feet protection laterally.

Then SHE came home and potted up lots of pots
of Sweet Peas.. WE love Sweet Peas!

And found out why HER basket had seemed to be a little heavier than SHE thought it was going to the market.. Goaty Mum had put a package of fresh kid meat in PLUS a pot of Pea Pod Soup!

What a sweet and loving thing to have done!

Now SHE has to do paper work for last month, I am off for a doze on MY favourite door. WE will be back with YOU tomorrow, here it is a Bank Holiday and if the weather is good, WE are both off to the garden. Pip Pip.. Flap Flap to door.

GeeGee Parrot.
May 5, 2013.. Hey.. Cinqo de Mayo!
