Granny-Jo sent an email saying that she was very hungry.. Granny-Jo also knows lurvely Keith Butt aka Dagga-the-Parrot's 'doctor'..
And last but certainly NOT least.. Mister Simon, human papa to two Parrots, wrote that he thought the wrinkly thing was going to be a Cardoon..
NOOO Mister Simon.. Cardoons are spiky people, not unlike Globe Artichokes..
Talking of Artichokes.. I am not allowed to eat Jersulem Artichokes.. birds cannot 'expel air' from their bottoms.. WE had dreadful scare last year when I ate jurst a little bit of one off HER plate and within VERY short time.. was in grave discomfort!
Had to be turned upside down and have tumtum and 'bottom' massaged until air came out.. nice taste but not worth the pain in bottom!
So where was I in that Seed Catalogue? Beans, I believe.. oh, WE lurve a good Bean!
