QUITE chilly-billy! It's only 8 degrees C here in deepest Knightsbridge!

She's going to look like the Michelin Tyre man's sister! As ready for her to put on are: Hat, scarf, gloves, quilted jacket, boots.. but all's well in our house.

For yumyum has been eaten, I have a wide and cosy door to doze upon, there is water in my dish and there are a few seeds to snack upon until she returns later with all manner of Tales from the great outdoors.

She needs another bag of fine seed compost. For she staggers the sewing of seeds that produce plants throughout Summer and Autumn.. Lettuces.. Pak Choi and Radishes.. ooh and I am partial to a crisp and crunchy Radish!

And talking of which.. she has forgotten to give poor Glenn a bit of 'ag-and-nause' because he has not yet got any Polish vegetable seeds in stock at Bartek! We know there are several different varities of Beetroots and other such edible deliciousnesses ~ is that a word or did she just make it up?

For instance, Hamburg Parsley. Now there's a thing that very few non Middle Europeans have even heard of and yet it is wonderful! How we jurst-lurve this root and it's an ingredient in the Beetroot juice that she has just discovered at Bartek.

Let me tell you folks, that if YOU knew how scrummydumptious this shop was, you'd be badgering Glen to open a branch of his shop near to you too. With excellent staff, all of whom are bi-lingual, everything in the shop is as clean as a shiny steel whistle, with fabulous food products and it is not over the top pricewise.

For instance, a litre of the Polish Beet juice.. to which she is now addicted costs £1.39.. the same size of James White's Beet juice costs £2.79 in Waitrose.. now that folks, is a BIG difference!

Farewell.. she's now off out and I'm off to the Land of Nod.. aka dozey-doze.

GeeGee Parrot.
