LOTS OF IRISH READERS ARE READING MY BLOG!

Yes, it looks as if a lot of people in Ireland have found and are reading my Blog. For the information says that we had over 20 Dear Irish Readers today and it is not yet thirty minutes past the hour of three of the afternoon clock.

Is it because someone has told them that she used in live in Ballsbridge, an area in Dublin, or is it because they have found out that she is partial to, many drops of, the Black stuff, aka Guiness, or that she used to work in Co.Wexford?

Or that she has a dear friend in Dublin, John J. O'Connell, who is an ace Architect specialising in the Georgian age and who has been working on the house that houses the Wallace Collection for more years than she can remember.

Or has Casey, a dear friend who lives in between Co.Clare and New York City, told her friends about us?

Who knows! We will never know unless you, aka they, tell us but people are mighty lax about writing comments at the end of my posts.

Sad that, for we want to know if you are as mad as us, or just enjoy reading about our, sometimes, strange ways.

And talking about 'strange', which we weren't but I now will.

What sidles or springs to your mind when you hear or see the word 'Barking'.. do you think of a dog making particularly canine noise, or perhaps the town in Essex?  Well, it has been brought to our attention by Debbie Goat that she applies it to us.. my dears.. the shock!

But she uses it in conjunction with another word.. I wonder if you can guess what it is? It is a short word made up of only three letters.. a BIG clue for you is I have already used it once in this post.

ChopChop.. hurry-scurry.. do a Fandango to get brain working.. cast your eyes back along each line until it SPRINGS into sight and down into your consciouness..

Barking Mad.. is how she described us, either her or me, we have yet to interrogate her with a savoury wheat free biscuit on this subject as to whom she was referring to but yes, down in Kent in Goatie Land, they call us by this most unfortunate phrase.

My only fear is that others will realise that, without a doubt, she is right.. sigh.. and actually the main shock comes because it has taken this Goatie mum so long, over three years to discover this.

But never mind.. because we have things to do and places to go.. PipPip.

GeeGee Parrot.
