Thrillers! Who doesn't enjoy a good thriller, when you don't know who the 'baddie' is right up until the last minute!
She's never read anything by either of these two authors before, but picked this book up in the library on Sunday as it was on the 'Recommended' table and took it with her to L'Oreal today and enjoyed it, she also enjoyed that lunch that she had made and taken.. cold salmon tail in fat free yoghurt with steamed carrots, brocolli and peas with chilli flakes. Scrummy!
It is easy to make yourself a little packed lunch like this and together with a couple of pieces of fruit and a bottle of water, it made a tasty repast which was much nicer than buying something with who or goodness knows in it!
The team at L'Oreal did her proud! She's a very dark blonde / mid brown with some darker and lighter lights woven through the top. Pretty.. she's very pleased with it and so were the team.
Tomorrow she's off down to Hackney Central, her sweet optician put a 'rush' on her glasses and she's picking them up tomorrow at lunch time.. she will not be buying two loaves of bread.. or even one! The ramifications are still rumbling through her system, it truly isn't good for her.. just have to repeat after herself "I must not buy OR eat bread.."
Yum! Supper on Easter Friday with Anne and Roy! That'll be tasty, Ann is, as you all know, a great cook! So when she comes back from getting her glasses, she'll be making chocolate salami, in fact, several salami. She had thought of making a chocolate ring.. but where are the rings? Most curious, for she cannot find any of her baking tins! She's hidden them somewhere but where? Who knows..
That's your lot.. go and look for James Patterson at your library, he's written several books it appears. We wish Daniel Silva would hurry up and write another book, we like his style of writing but have now read all of his books. They don't write fast enough these guys..
Bed time for us dollies.. Maundy Thursday tomorrow.. Lent is finishing.. Easter is this week end but no lie-in as the clocks ARE going Springing forwards on Easter Day!
