Clear sky, dry ground, surely not but maybe.. yes! We're going to have a Spring Day! Oh, sunlight surely does make the world of difference to your day, doesn't it? Not having to wearing cold-busting boots or thick bone-protecting clothes is the first good thing.
Sunlight, being able to see the other end of our gardens without having to peer through gloomy fog, oh, it makes everyone chirpful is the second.. and there are several other good reasons too of course.
She's rattling away over there, such a strange noise, I have never heard her cough like this before, it's very curious, but after she gets this call at 08.15 we'll be up and into YumYum HQ and our day will start with egg and toast and for me, hummus.
She had the call, it went on for a long time, what was it about? No idea.. she seemed to be listening to whatever the other person was saying and I wasn't privy to what they were saying..
Anyway.. she has to take a bed quilt up to the laundrette, they have the huge machines, our machine isn't big enough to take a full sized bed quilt. Then a load of stuff to the local charity shop, some books to New Horizons, she has to be back here between 12.45 - 15.00 for the silly numpty to re-read the meter.. sigh.
So Chinatown will be visited in the latter part of the afternoon. Greens are what she needs.. she will make a point of asking what her particular favourite is called as all bits of it are delicious. Leaves, stem and the tiny florets.
Whoops.. got to go folks, she's got to get something urgently and be back here within the hour for that numpty is due here between 12.45 - 15.00.. pippip.. more later.
