Because it's going to be 'grotty' later on! Grotty? What's going to be grotty? The weather.. oh, it is too sneaky by half, we woke up to brilliant sunlight but, apparently, it's going to be doomy and gloomy within a couple of hours.. sigh.. just like yesterday whose weather went down hill very fast ending up bitterly cold with torrential rain.
So get your skates on and get out and about before that nasty old South-Westerly wind comes to town bringing nasty wet and windy weather again but all is not lost, for hey-oop folks, it's the 4th Sunday in the month and that means.. Dumplings @ Marylebone!
She cut a juicy round yellow melon in half and we've had boiled eggs and that, now I'm up on the bedroom pole, she's tapping iPad and then she's off.
Things to do and places to go.. Easter Service at our local church.. we'll be back later.. I wonder what the weather was like in Kenya for the Easter holidays?
