Hello Dear Readers..
What do YOU do with your empty Crab Shells and claws etc, I bet YOU toss them into a bag and then they go out into Mr.Bin, right?
VERY silly.. because YOU are throwing away ingredients to make ole Crabby Soup or Stock.. do not tell ME that YOU didn't know this is how best fishy restaurants made theirs.. I bet YOU are a'kidding ME, perhaps not..
Anyway, that is what has been a'cooking in MY house.. yes sirree.. two Crab Shells plus broken claws together with several Prawn heads and shells have been in ole Miss Big Stock Pot herself, along with Bay leaves, 3 cloves of Garlic (yum) and some mixed Peppercorns.
Boiled for a day.. then strained. WE had a dish today at lunch time and rest is cooling, ready to be frozen.
SHE went to see Consultant yesterday to get results of swallowing that Capsule Camera last Thursday, not so good, I am sad to tell YOU all..
SHE is going for a CT scan tomorrow followed by a Nuclear Scan in a few days.. SHE is not ignoring 'it' whatever it maybe but SHE certainly is not giving 'it' any oxygen by talking about it, that is for sure!
SHE will 'deal' with this in HER way and what will be.. will be
"che sera sera"..
SHE is back knitting.. good sign as YOU HAVE to concentrate, even if YOU are watching television.. I don't know how SHE does it.. does one eye look up and other down? Please put YOUR answers in MY comments box, thank YOU..
Early night for both of US, SHE has to leave house at some evil hour to go to Radiology Dept.. and so it is "Good night" to YOU all.
