MISSION IMPOSSIBLE..

Greetings Dear Readers.. I trust YOU are all well?

We are in 'cracking' shape.. all is very well in OUR lives. WE went to the country Thursday evening, with an early start scheduled for the next day, it made sense to spend the night on site and it saved having to deal with transport at some hideously hour.

Up and at 'em and on site before eight of the clock! The crews were there with their machinery and tools, a big generator was on site to give lots of power, the materials and plants were there, all the paperwork had been 'signed off', most most important, everyone knew what they were meant to be doing!

But SHE has worked on enough projects to know that things can go wrong, therefore, each crew had a very detailed specification of their part in the project.

SHE called the various crews together and said "Ok.. let's rock & roll". And just over eight and a half hours later, the job was done.

That is how to get things done, find the person who will take an idea and make it happen, they should discuss, research, design and plan, cost, check, double check, execute.

'Mission Impossible', what a load of croccy-rot! Go and find and employ the right person for a job and let them get on with it.

WE slept in OUR own beds last night.. east west.. home's best!
