JOKE.. WHY DID THE CHICKEN CROSS THE ROAD? ANSWER.. BECAUSE HE WANTED TO GET TO OTHER SIDE. QUESTION.. WHY DID THE 'TELEPHONE' STOP RINGING? ANSWER.. BECAUSE SHE ANSWERED IT AND SAID "HELLO"!

And that is exactly what happened!

I was very full of SELF this morning.. the old Landline telephone bell was trilling out of Beaky.. tingaling.. tingaling.. tingaling.. such a easy sound to make.. then SHE remembered how to stop ME making that annoying sound.

SHE 'answered' it.. the wretch.. by saying "Hello".

So I had to switch to other sounds from repertoire in order to express extreme happiness and intense joy at seeing eggies and that tub of Goaty curd.. for they signify WE will be breaking fast with an omelette.

If YOU saw the procedure of the making of this delectable dish, YOU might be slightly confused, for SHE makes it very slowly.. then it slides out of pan onto HER plate.. MY share is put onto MY 'plate', a small board which sits on a large jar in front of Nespresso machine on which I stand to eat.. keep up at the back there.. no dawdling whilst reading MY Blog.

And then SHE appears to kiss MY share! Very strange habit, I know, but what SHE is actually doing is testing to see that it is not too hot for old Beaky! So sweet MY mama.. SHE thinks of small details like this.

So I decided to make HER smile.. I "clucked" and did the Funky Chicken dance on Goosie Head.

SHE has a very busy day today.. and I have norty feathers which need a good 'beaking'.. WE will be back tomorrow.. enjoy YOUR day today.

  1. Well, GeeGee, you might have some annoying moments, but as she always proves, she takes good care of you! You'll never get a scalded beak, for sure.

  2. YOU are too kind, that is for sure.. I hope that I remember to 'ring' the telephones and fax machine machine whilst YOU are here with us.. WE have just broken that evil fast! I am on pole having dictated to HER.. SHE is tapping and I am surveying the great outdoors.. it is NOT a very sunny day for Fathers' Day which is a bit dismal for those families that were planning to surprise 'Dad' with a fun jaunt.. but WEbare going to the plots.. Goosegogs have to be netted and the 'tent', a huge sheet of nylon has to be fixed over the Gang of Four.. the four original Cherry trees. Much to do.. off WE go.. pippip, see YOU soon!
