This very short video had us speechless, we don't know what breed of Parrot she is but she's mighty cute and she's talking to her 'babies'.
Her three chicks which are in a tub filled with soft bedding as they're young, have no feathers and are entirely dependent on being fed by their human 'parents' or the mother parrot.
