Chilli and Beans...

No clues for what this post will be about! WE made it real simple for YOU.

Monday is Chilli Day. Beans are a'soaking, SHE has Beef and all the ingredients and tomorrow SHE will 'rustle' it together and allow it to sit over night.. GOOD STUFF Chilli.

When SHE spent time in Texas, if SHE flew in before lunch the first thing SHE wanted was to go immediately, if not sooner, to El Pollo Loco for a bowl of their guacamole, white corn tortilla chips, followed by fried chicken... if SHE flew in after lunch SHE would go and eat chilli..

Then Everything was well in HER world!

SHE went to Barnes to have supper with BiBi dearest tonight, I stayed home and thought about Chilli Tortilla Chips.. those of YOU who read MY Blog will remember fight in kitchen, aka el cantina, between Foreign Food Brigade, this all came to pass because SHE brought home WRONG Tortilla Chips.. the Mexicanos and the Italians were all up in air.. SHE had to be very strict with the whole lot of them and threaten them with Mrs. Steriliser.

No chance of that happening again.. I counted 5 bags of Chilli being put away.. I am not allowed Guacamole, Avocados are poisonous to Parrots. But I can and do eat everything else, I hope SHE has those fresh Limes, I like a squeeze of Lime in MY water when eating Chilli.

But enough of this talk about yumyum, it is late, I am tired and SHE has to get up and not loll in bed reading papers tomorrow, SHE has jurst enough milk for HER coffee but lovely Ellie will be at Parson's Green Farmer's Market.. yeah, lots of delicious fresh Goaty Milk for fridge and freezer together with Goaty Cheese... delicious Goaty Cheese.

Ellie has her hands very full back home on Goaty Ranch, Nanny Goaty folk are giving birth to Goaty Kids.. it sounds like lots of twins!

After SHE comes back from Market, it is Chilli making time, then SHE is going to root about in family papers to see if SHE can find details of her Great, Great Grandfather Hooper, did he have a brother? If so, tell Cousin Bruce!
