EASYLIFE GROUP (UK) STILL HAVEN'T BOTHERED TO CONTACT HER NOR HAVE THEY DELIVERED THE ORDER..

If ParcelForce, Royal Mail, UPS, Fedex, DPD and Uber can all find our house.. why can't that useless delivery company Yodel?

Well, I don't have the answer to that but I guess it is because they are as bad as the catalogue company, EasyLife Group, who employ them.

They take your money, oh yes, they're quick to do that but packing and sending out your order and getting it delivered to the correct address? 

Well, they're not very good at that, which might explain why, if you telephone their customer service line on the dot of 9am, you will be told that you are number 25 or higher in the queue waiting to speak to an advisor!

And no, they haven't refunded her money.

So yes, she is going to complain about them verbally, on-line and to the Citizens Advice Bureau because it isn't legal to take money but fail to deliver goods.
